Almost a decade ago Adam Smith was offered a deal to make a film with a major Hollywood studio. He thought it was his break. He turned the deal down because it was not a good deal for him and his family.

He decided to build his own platform so he could keep control of his creative content and the money generated from it. Other indie filmmakers faced the same problem. He put his own creative projects aside and committed to building something for all creators to own their work, their audience, their data, and their future.
